Elk Grove Teenager Cited For Grabbing Buttocks

An Elk Grove juvenile was cited yesterday afternoon after he reportedly made unwanted physical advances while under the influence of alcohol.


According to Elk Grove Police, the 16-year old male was at the Target store on Laguna Boulevard when he approached at least two females customers and attempted to grabb their buttocks. Responding officer found the teenager suspect under the influence of alcohol.

The victims signed private persons arrest forms and officers cited the teenager. The suspect was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
