Elk Grove business associates solve problem the old-fashioned way - with fist

Two Elk Grove men went old-school early this morning and solved their dispute like they did in the days of the wild west - with fisticuffs.

According to Elk Grove Police, 54-year old Edward Delbar and his business associate and roommate 45-year old Glenn Roman were involved in a verbal dispute that escalated into a physical altercation. Delbar allegedly struck Roman in the face four times with a closed fist and suffered a broken nose that required medical attention at an area hospital.

Responding officers arrested Delbar and transferred him to the county jail.
