Two Elk Grove men were arrested by Elk Grove Police last night after they robbed two people at gunpoint.

According to police reports, suspects 23-year old Jemarhi Stovall and 18-year old Keelan Stovall, both of Elk Grove, approached a parked car near Franklin High Road and Whitelock Parkway occupied by a male and female victim. The suspects reportedly entered the vehicle, brandished a gun and demanded property.

After the victims complied with the demands, the suspects fled and the victims contacted the police. Responding officers found a vehicle leaving the area that fit the description given by the victims.

Officer initiated an enforcement stop and detained both Stovall's. After the victims positively identified both suspects, they were arrested and transferred to the county jail.
