Man Arrested After Hitting Elk Grove Cop Car in Fast Food Drive-Thru

A Sacramento man got more than just some late night munchies after hitting an Elk Grove Police car in a fast food drive-thru early Tuesday morning.

According to police department reports, 26 year old  Han Hua of  Sacramento was at a fast food drive-thru lane on Bond Road and E. Stockton Boulevard when he allowed his vehicle to roll forward and strike the rear bumper of a marked police car. The officer exited his unit and contact the suspect.

Upon contact Hua reportedly displayed objective signs of impairment. After failing a field sobriety test, the suspect was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
