A Monday afternoon arrest of a man known to have outstanding felony warrants led to the discovery of other activities by Elk Grove Police.

According to police reports, officers observed 43-yer-old Mark Wilson of Sacramento standing in the parking lot of a gas station on Orchard Loop Lane who was known to have outstanding felony warrants out for his arrest and was on probation. Officers contacted Wilson inside a vehicle in which he was a passenger.

A search of the vehicle, which was registered to Wilson, led to the discover of narcotics, a drivers license that was reported stolen in a car burglary and two firearms.

Wilson was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
