The youth has been safely located 4:44 p.m.

The Elk Grove Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating an at risk missing person, 13-year-old Orzelle Dupard who is a considered at risk due to his age.

Orzelle Dupard was last seen earlier today at approximately 8:14 a.m. when he left his residence in the 8200 block of Geneva Pointe Dr. Dupard is described as an African-American male juvenile, 5’5” tall, 100 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored hooded jacket (turquoise, gray, white and black) with dark colored shorts, black socks and black shoes.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Orzelle Dupard is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center at (916) 691-5246.
