Greg Higley does know that the schools are run by the School Board and the Fire Department is run by CCSD not the City right?
And what gives him the right to "negotiate" with Universities to bring them to the City? What is he promising them that the City will provide?
It is time for a change. We need new people new ideas. Also people who are not taking monie from developers
