According to Elk Grove Police, a female driver was attempting to make a right turn near Bond Road and Elk Grove-Florin Road when a bicycle operated by 47-year old David Cano pulled along side the car and punched and damaged the car's side view mirror. The suspect them reportedly began to yell obscenities at the driver.
The suspect was placed under citizen's arrest and was issued a misdemeanor citation.

Dave Cano is known for his outlandish behavior including his T-shirt with a message that garnered him way too much press. Another: Remember his announcement of his candidacy for city council during public comment.
