EGPD Arrests Three Men For Marijuana Possession, Public Intoxication

Three men were arrested last night after Elk Grove Police observed marijuana in their car.

According to police reports, patrol officers observed a car parked at the entrance to Town Hall Park on Lakepoint Drive and saw two large jars with an unspecified amount of marijuana. Upon contact the three men agreed to a consensual search.

Officers determined that the vehicle belonged to a relative of 18-year old Prabhleen Barah of Sacramento. All three suspects reportedly displayed objective signs of impairment.

Barah was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and 18-year old Daniel Dorsey and 18-year old Ahmed Habib, both of Sacramento, were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
