A Tuesday afternoon shoplifting arrest at an Elk Grove department store helped police find two men suspected of possessing stolen credit and identification cards.

According to Elk Grove Police, 31-year old Sara Pratt of Sacramento was arrested for shoplifting at the Kohls store located on Calvine Road. Two men who were waiting in a car for Pratt were contacted and it was found that one of them, 44- year old Lawrence Smith of Sacramento, was on probation.

A probation search of the car led to the discovery of stolen credit and identification cards. Pratt, Smith and a third suspect, 32-year old Jai Lomba of Sacramento, were arrested and taken to the county jail where they all remain in custody.
