An Elk Grove woman was arrested early Tuesday morning following a domestic violence incident where a police officer was also allegedly struck.

According to Elk Grove Police, 20-year old Madison Mullen and her victim were in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation inside a vehicle. Mullen allegedly choked and punched the victim in the eye.

Once they arrived at their destination, the victim reportedly bit Mullen on the arm. The victim suffered visible injuries as a result of the attacks.

When officers arrived, Mullen reportedly turned away from officers and tried to leave the scene. When an officer attempted to detain her, the suspect punched the officer in the face with a closed fist.

Officers were able to take Mullen into custody and was placed in a restraint system. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail where she remains in custody on $50,000 bail for three felony and one misdemeanor charges.

That woman is nuts.

She is lucky the cop didn't punch her back. If she hit me she would be missing all her front teeth.

She and that stupid Asian "gurl" (involved with the two homies that shot the drug buyer) deserve to be co winners of the 2014 Elk Grove Darwin award.

A woman was arrested for domestic violence? What is this world coming to? Imagine a world where women are held accountable for their accounts?

I doubt she is still in jail, some kindly old judge will release her so that she may abuse others. Or, the guy she bit will bail her out.
