Elk Grove Police arrested three men following a traffic stop Monday evening during which they were allegedly found to be in possession of stolen guns.

According to Elk Grove Police, 20-year old Logan Pondwall of Sacramento was operating a vehicle that was stopped near Bruceville Road and Cosumnes River Boulevard for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, the smell of marijuana emanated from the car.

After detaining the trio, a search of one of the passengers, 20-year old Troy Barron of Sacramento found a loaded handgun in his waistband. Another passenger, 19-year old Gerald Fernandez of Elk Grove led to the discovery of a loaded handgun in his waistband.

A records search found the guns had been reported stolen from Sacramento and Shasta counties. All three were arrested and taken to the county jail where Fernandez and Barron remain in custody.

Waste of taxpayer money on those three wastes of oxygen.

No wonder our state is broke.

They have a history of accelerated crimes. Google of their names shows multiple results: burglary, from counterfeit money, from petty theft, and starting with jumpings. It won't be long before these three are assaulting their employer over a bad day at work. WATCH OUT.
