An argument between two Elk Grove roommates ended Saturday night with a bullet flying.

According to Elk Grove Police, 29-year old Brock Henderson was involved in a verbal argument with his 41-year old male roommate. After the argument, Henderson and his roommate went to their respective rooms, when Henderson allegedly fired one round from a handgun that passed through the wall separating their rooms and exited an exterior room.

Henderson was arrested and remains in custody at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Facility on a $75,000 bail. The victim was not injured.

This young man has had the odd issue before. I am glad the outcome was essentially harmless , and hope he gets some serious psychiatric intervention, something that would have been matter of course thirty-five years ago, before the Reaganites decided it wasn't cost effective to treat people.

I wish both parties the best outcomes.
