The Isleton Cajun & Blues Festival has moved to a new location for the 2014 event. This new venue promises to the same great music and food like Delta-fresh crawdads while providing more amenities for the audience.

The fun-filled two-day event, which starts on Saturday, June 14, has been moved to the Delta Loop which is just a few minutes away from central Iselton. The event location is at the B&W Resort Marina and Boat Storage.

Thanks to the efforts of The Isleton Chamber of Commerce, the event was resurrected in 2011 after the "Isleton Crawdad Festival" was disbanded along with the old Chamber that promoted it for years.
More information about the musical acts and festivities is available here.

Make your plans now for this fun-filled and music soaked event.

I attended this event last year and had a great time. I think the new locations will be easier in terms of wandering around. I just hope we have great weather, but it will be cool at night when the music is the hottest!

Unfortunately people screamed they wanted a "family friendly" event. This used to be a fantastic event until they decided to be "family friendly" and now the people that cried for it, don't even go. Plus, it used to be free.
