An Elk Grove ex-convict was arrested last night after he was allegedly found to have outstanding warrants and in possession of guns and ammunition.

According to Elk Grove Police, officers responded to the 8400 block of Alameda Park Drive after a reported disturbance. Officers contacted 55-year old John Floyd Todd, who initially provided false information about his identity.

A records check revealed that Todd was a convicted felon and had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. The suspect was taken into custody and is being held at the county jail on $53,500 bail.
