East Franklin and Madeira run the risk of becoming hoods like Valley Hi, Parkway Estates and Center Parkway.

There will be over 2,000 low income housing project units built in the SEPA (south of Madeira, north west of the Mall).

You can thank the rubber stampers at city hall who approved all those subdivisions.

State law requires that low income housing be built if single family residential units are built.
