V-1 placed an advertisement on Craigslist selling an iPhone 6 plus.

V-1 was contacted by S-1 and they agreed to meet in the parking lot of the above location. V-1 and V-2 arrived at the location and meet with S-1. After a price was negotiated, S-1 briefly walked away. When S-1 returned, V-1 and V-2 exited their vehicle and approached S-1.

S-1 pulled out a handgun from his waistband and demanded the iPhone 6 plus. V-2 threw the phone onto the driver's seat of V-1's vehicle. S-1 grabbed the phone off the seat then demanded V-1`s personal cell phone. V-1 feared for her safety and handed S-1 her iPhone 6. S-1 walked away and was seen getting into a white four-door vehicle that fled the scene. Responding officers located a vehicle, driven by S-3, that matched the description of the suspect vehicle travelling eastbound on Elk Grove Blvd. approaching E. Stockton Blvd.

Officers conducted an enforcement stop and the occupants were detained. S-1 was a passenger in the backseat passenger side) and a loaded handgun was recovered in the area where he was seated.

Both of the stolen iPhones were also located inside the vehicle.
