Two suspects are being held at the Sacramento County jail on outstanding warrants following a traffic stop last night in Elk Grove. 

According to Elk Grove Police, 39-year old Julio John Luna was driving a car near Sheldon Road and Fresia Drive that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that Luna, and a passenger, 33-year old Sylvia Lorraine Soltero of Sacramento, both had outstanding criminal arrest warrants.

Luna is being held on a $100,000 bail for drug charges from Placer County and Soltero is being held on $150,000 from El Dorado County for various financial crimes.
