Two  people were arrested by Elk Grove Police yesterday morning, and one is facing felony charges, HC 11378, which is commonly used in association with possession and distribution of methamphetamine.
Casie Jamie Jones.

According to Elk Grove Police, 31-year old Casie Jamie Jones of Elk Grove was operating a car near Carbide Court and Wilbur Way that was stopped in relation to an ongoing narcotics investigation. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and indicia of sales

A passenger in the car, 40-year old Anthony Q. Adley of Sacramento was allegedly found to be in possession of  stolen property. A search of Jones' residence led to the discovery of additional narcotics and indicia of sales.

Both suspects were arrested and taken to the county jail where they both remain in custody. Jones is not eligible for bail and Jones is being held  on PC 3454(C), the so-called flash incarnation statute.

While being processed at the jail, Jones was also found to be in possession of additional narcotics and faces additional charges of bringing narcotics into the jail.
