Elk Grove Police Seek Suspects in Two Commercial Burglaries

The Elk Grove Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying two burglary suspects who were captured on video surveillance breaking into two separate businesses earlier this week. 

On July 10, at 3:15 a.m. the suspects (described below) gained entry into Bull Wings restaurant at  9625 E. Stockton Blvd. by prying open a patio door. Once inside, the suspects gained access to a locked office and removed an undisclosed amount of cash.

On July 13, at 3:21 a.m. one suspect gained entry into Cassidy's Family Restaurant (8511 Elk Grove Blvd.) by unknown means.  The suspect removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and a storage area.    

The suspect captured on video surveillance at both burglaries (photo above) appears to be a Caucasian or Hispanic male, approximately 30 years of age, 5’9”, 180 lbs.  In both burglaries, the suspect was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. The suspect also has a distinctive cross tattoo on his left forearm and another tattoo on his elbow/upper arms area. 

The second suspect (photo below), who was captured on video surveillance at Bull Wings, appears to be a Caucasian or Hispanic male, approximately 20 years of age (20's), 5’10”, approximately 200 lbs. He was wearing a dark colored A's baseball cap, a black/gray zip up style jacket (appears green in photo)  and dark jeans. 

The suspect vehicle was described as a dark colored Nissan Quest or Mercury Villager van.

Anyone with information regarding these burglaries is asked to call the Elk Grove Police Department Detective Bureau at (916) 478-8060 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357).  Callers to Crime Alert can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.  Tips can also be sent via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on a cell phone, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message.
