Elk Grove Police arrested five suspects this weekend on suspicion of domestic violence.

One of the more egregious cases occurred on Saturday morning when 20-year old Sherena Walton of Sacramento allegedly pulled a knife on her victim. After the victim was able to disarm her, Walton allegedly pepper sprayed the victim, attempted to run over the victim with her vehicle and broke two car windows with a rock.

Responding officers located Walton as she was leaving the location. She was arrested on domestic violence and vandalism charges.

Police also arrested the following suspects, all of whom are Elk Grove residents:

- 37-year old Carlos Dominguez allegedly grabbed and threw his victim on a bed. While the victim was on the bed, the suspect held the victim down with his knee resulting in a visible injury. 

- 22-year old Sean Clark allegedly pushed and  punched his victim in the face. When the victim fell to the ground, Clark allegedly attempted to choke victim who was holding a small child. 

- 34- year old Naomi Alvardo allegedly struck her victim in the stomach with a plastic bat resulting in a visible injury to the victim. 

- 25-year old Aman Singh of Elk Grove allegedly pushed his victim while the victim was holding an infant.
