Two men were arrested early Friday morning in which one of them was first victimized by the other suspect.

According to Elk Grove Police, 35-year old Fernando Nadal of Elk Grove attacked 38-year old Jerry Chocktoot of Elk Grove, a 34-year old female victim and a 15-year old male with a wooden dowel on the 5400 block of Lake Pleasant Drive. The female and juvenile were injured as a result of the attack.

When the victims drove away, Nadal allegedly chased them in his vehicle and attempted to run them off the road. Once Chocktoot's vehicle was parked, Nadal then stuck the vehicle.

Nadal fled the scene but was located a short distance away by responding officers who arrested him.
After the victims identified him, officers observed that Chocktoot displayed objective signs of impairment.

Chocktoot failed a field sobriety test and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Elk Grove is drawing the best of Sacramento...

This place will become like north Sac where the ghetto, barrio and trailer park converge.
