Elk Grove Police arrested a probationer last night who had an outstanding arrest warrant and alleged to be dealing drugs.

According to police reports, 25-year old Eduardo Dacumos of Fair Oaks was contacted near Dipper Way and Efthemia Way after receiving reports of suspicious activity. Upon contact the strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. 

A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana packaged for sale and indicia of sales. Dacumos initially provided false information about his identity. 

A records check revealed that Dacumos was on probation and had an active warrant from Santa Clara County for his arrest. Dacumos was arrested and is being held at the county jail on two felony and four misdemeanor charges and is ineligible for bail.
