In an impromptu appearance last night, Calif. State Senator Dr. Richard Pan (D - Sacramento) addressed the recall effort launched against him as a result of his sponsorship and the passing of Senate Bill 277. That bill, which was signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown, will require children attending school in California to be vaccinated.

Pan made his comments at Elk Grove-South County Democratic Club monthly meeting held at the Elk Grove Public Library.

Watch the video below to see all of Pan's comments on the proposed referendum to reverse SB277 as well as the effort launched to recall him.

Senator Doctor Pan needs to return to school to study the toxic effects of vaccines on newborn infants, toddlers, and children. The Who.org sales promotion for 2015-2025 agenda is trillions of dollars in shared profits with pharmaceutical and MD's.By initiating forced vaccine bills in Congress, State, and Heads of Countries and on middle income families. Who.org and Bill Gates are loosing in vaccine courts for 53 thousand paralyzed children in India and Gardasil deaths of young girls in Spain, Italy, and France. 32 young girls died in the Gardasil study. Why should newborn babies within 15 hours of birth get injections for sexually transmitted diseases and Hep B without first checking the mother and immediate family if there is a need. America has the highest infant mortality rate and first day mortality rate in the developing countries. The CDC refuses to co-operate and produce studies and evidence in the Oversight Health Committees in Congress for the link to autism and deaths and impairments for multiple vaccinations. The link to mercury is still present in vaccines. These conversations did not happen in our Health Committees in the State Legislature. Merck paid millions to State Legislators for the forced vaccine bills and the Anti Parent Gardasil Law. http://www.c-span.org/video/?c4175400/rep-elijah-cummings/, http://www.c-span.org/video/?c4175200/dr-boyles-response-video/, http://www.c-span.org/video/?c4177747/rep-carolyn-maloney/,

Pan might have to go back to work. If he has any patients left. He left medicine because it was not as lucrative as politics, especially when you work for Merck et al. He pushed a bill that gives the right to decide medical treatment AWAY from parents and gave it to state. Vaccines carry risk so all the more reason there must be a choice. Choosing what medicine my child gets is MY choice not the government. This bill removes the right to informed CONSENT, it mandates medical treatment. There is something dangerous about that.

They collected many signatures on the referendum and your the Pan recall at the multi cultural festival in elk Grove. The unpaid volunteers walked around so there was no need for a busy table Pan. May God bless you. I will be praying for you to get touched by the cause and effect of all sides of vaccines. Also Elk Grove is much smarter than you give credit. Don't belittle highly educated people who actually don't lie unlike you before getting appointed a Senator about living in Elk Grove. You got away with crime and should be ashamed of yourself. I don't believe half the stuff you say. I've followed you for years and you continue to lie.

I agree

Had the man done something like strengthening informed consent, I could probably support him.

But nooooo, he displayed either ignorance of the available information --- or royal arrogance (let them eat cake). Either way, his credibility is gone in my eyes.
