Two Elk Grove Probationers Arrested For Possession of Drugs, Stolen Credit Cards

January 14, 2016 |

Two Elk Grove residents on probation are in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after they were allegedly found in possession of narcotics, stolen credit cards and blank checks.

Yesterday morning 30-year old Hilary Mendonca (pictured above) of Elk Grove was contacted at a residence on the 8700 block of Dinube Court and found to be on probation. A probation search of the dwelling led to the discovery of a controlled substance.

A search of 31-year old Brittany Cunningham's (below) room reportedly revealed credit cards, blank checks and other personal information not belonging to her. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the county jail.

Mendonca is being held on a $20,000 bail for violating probation and possession of narcotics while Cunningham is being held on $55,000 bail for possessing identification of more than 10 people and probation violation. Both are scheduled for arraignment on Friday afternoon.
