Residents are invited to enjoy walking, biking, food trucks, live music, giveaways, contests, and more,

“Sacramento County's Great Scott Walk and Bike Event is the perfect way to kick off May is Bike Month for the Sacramento region. The county has a long history of planning for communities that have many transportation options," Sacramento County Supervisor and Sacramento Area Council of Governments Vice-Chair Phil Serna said. "I'd like to challenge my colleagues and the residents of Sacramento County to trade their car in for at least one bike trip in May.”
