One Juvenile Suspect Arrested by Elk Grove Police After Attempted Residential Burglary, One Eludes Capture

Police arrested one of two juvenile male suspects after they allegedly attempting to burglarize an Elk Grove house.  

At approximately 1:30 on the afternoon of Monday, April 25, the resident of a house on the 8500 block of Windsor Point Way on the city's north side observed the two suspects trying to break-in to his residence. The victim gave chase to the fleeing suspects and contacted Elk Grove Police.

Responding officers were able to locate one of the suspects, a 16-year old Sacramento resident, who was taken into custody and booked into juvenile hall. The other suspect was not apprehended.
