Police Make Arrests in Three Elk Grove Domestic Violence Incidents

Elk Grove Police arrested three suspects in separate domestic violence incidents in Elk Grove on Monday, May 15.

In the first incident William Bunton, 58, of Elk Grove allegedly punched his victim in the face resulting in a visible injury. Bunton was arrested and booked into the county jail but no further information is available on his disposition.

Oscar Sarecki, 24, of Elk Grove was arrested after he allegedly threw several pieces of fruit at his victim and a small child, poured a can of soda on the adult victim and struck the victim on the chin. The victim was granted an emergency protective order and Sarnecki was arrested and released earlier today on bail.

In the last arrest on Monday, Gary Benjamin, 60, of Elk Grove allegedly struck his victim in the face with a bottle resulting in a visible. Benjamin was released from custody earlier today.
