Suspects Beat, Injure Victim in Early Morning Elk Grove Armed Robbery

A robbery victim was injured by unknown suspects, one of whom was armed with a handgun.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, September 4 the victim was approached by two unknown suspects as he exited his vehicle on the 900 block of Miko Circle in north Elk Grove. The suspects, one of whom brandished a handgun, demanded his personal property.

Both suspects hit and kicked the victim before fleeing with his personal property. The suspects, who were described as black male adults wearing dark clothing, fled in blue sedan.

The victim received medical treatment at the scene of the robbery.
