Elk Grove Police Seek Assistance Locating At-Risk Elderly Man

The Elk Grove Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating an at risk missing person, 91-year-old Rolando Tigno (photo above), who suffers from several medical conditions that require medication that he does not possess. 

Rolando was last seen around 6:30 p.m. driving a tan Dodge Caravan license plate number 5SLZ688 in the area of Franklin Boulevard and Laguna Woods Drive. Mr. Tigno is described as an Asian male adult, 5’4”, 154 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes was last seen wearing a light colored shirt and brown pants.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rolando Tigno is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center at (916) 691-5246.
