Man in Custody After Ruckus, Resisting Arrest by Elk Grove Police

An Elk Grove man is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after causing a disturbance and resisting arrest. 

According to Elk Grove Police, at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, Adam Paul Weaver (pictured above), 33, was reportedly trying to start fights with employees and customer at the Union 76 gas station on the corner of Bond and Elk Grove-Florin roads. When responding officers made contact with Weaver, he allegedly resisted, engaged in a brief struggle and attempted to flee.

Weaver was taken into custody with the assistance of additional officers. After being medically cleared, he was booked into the county jail where charges and arraignment information has not yet been posted.

Your date is wrong
"THURSDAY OCTOBER 27TH 9:30 PM" but it was posted on Friday the 27th of October at9:30 am. Impossible
