Arrests Made by Elk Grove Police in Three Domestic Violence Incidents

On Wednesday, November 15, Elk Grove Police arrested suspects in three different domestic violence incidents.

Dominique Walker, 18, of Elk Grove allegedly struck her victim in the face causing a visible injury. Walker was arrested and booked into the county jail where she is being held on $50,000 bail and arraignment scheduled for Friday, November 16.   

Police arrested Andrew McKenzie, 47 after he grabbed his victim by the throat and shook them resulting in visible injuries. McKenzie fled the scene after police were contacted and arrested at a different location. 

The suspect is being held on misdemeanor charges including battery against a person with a previous dating relationship and domestic violence. Arraignment is scheduled for Friday, November 17.

The third suspect taken into custody was Ka Teng Moua, 22, of Elk Grove who allegedly pushed and slapped her victim in the face. Moua was arrested and was released.
