Elk Grove Employee Sustains Minor Injury By Knife Wielding Suspect

An employee at an Elk Grove sustained minor injuries after being threatened and detained by an unknown knife wielding suspect. 

At 7 p.m. on Monday, November 13, the suspect entered the business on the 1000 block of Bruceville Road and threatened the employee with a knife. The suspect pushed the victim, whose gender identity was not released, to a backroom and prevented them from leaving.

The victim sustained minor injuries while being pushed. For an undisclosed reason, the suspect fled the business on foot in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult,  5’6”, 170 lbs., with short hair, and was wearing a black jacket with his face partially covered.
