Elk Grove Gas Station Customer Threatened With Box Cutter in Late Morning Incident

An Elk Grove gas station customer was threatened in a late morning encounter according to Elk Grove Police reports.

At 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 14 a customer at the AM/PM gas station on Sheldon Road and East Stockton Boulevard was standing by his vehicle when he was approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect motioned to the victim to open the passenger door of his vehicle, but he did not comply.

The suspect then displayed a box cutter and again motioned for the victim to open the vehicle. Fearing for his safety the victim fled the area.

The suspect, who was described as a Hispanic male adult in his 50s was seen walking away from the gas station in a westbound direction.
