On the late morning of Saturday, December 16, Elk Grove Police contacted Anilesh Mohan Prasad, 32, on the 8800 block of Harvest Hill Way regarding a disturbance. Responding officers located a blue Honda which had been reported stolen parking at the residence.

A consent search revealed Prasad allegedly in possession of the car. A records search also showed there was a protective order for a resident of the dwelling, and that Prasad has reportedly burglarized the residence and threatened the victim.
