Suspected Drunk Creates Disturbance at Grocery Store, Arrested by Elk Grove Police

Elk Grove Police arrested a man suspected of being impaired and interfering with a business on Sheldon Road.

The incident happened shortly after at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5 at the Winco grocery store. The suspect, Kyle Silvers, 25, of Elk Grove allegedly caused a disturbance inside the store. 

Responding officers contacted Silver who allegedly appeared to be intoxicated and resisted efforts to be detained. After the suspect was detained he was arrested, booked into the county jail and has been released on bail.
