Elk Grove Police Arrests 5 Suspects on Suspicion of Domestic Violence Over Extended Weekend

For the four day period ending on January 1, five suspects were taken into custody by Elk Grove Police on suspicion of domestic violence.

On Friday, December 29, two suspects, Antoine Flowers, 47, of Stockton, and David Rynda, 54 were arrested in separate incidents. Flowers was also allegedly found in possession of prescription drugs not in his name.

On Saturday, December 30 Brent Minnifield, 29, of Elk Grove was arrested and also charged with allegedly preventing his victim from calling 911. The victim in this incident was issued an emergency protective order.

In the early morning hours of Sunday, December 31 Thomas Baxter, 37, of Elk Grove was arrested. The victim was issued an emergency protective order.

The final arrest for the four day period happened on the late evening of January 1 when Gabriel Calitxo-Lopez was taken into custody.
