Two suspects with active warrants, probationer arrested by Elk Grove Police

Three suspects were taken into custody yesterday for outstanding warrants and violations of probation by Elk Grove Police.
Brandon Bueno, 31, of Elk Grove was arrested on the 6100 block of Demonte Way early in the afternoon. Bueno is held on felony charges of exhibiting a weapon at a peace officer with an arraignment on Friday, November 9.
During a traffic stop on Sheldon Road and Sheldon Creek Drive early last evening William Ross Botsch, 23, of Elk Grove was a passenger in the vehicle that officers discovered had an active warrant. Botsch is being held for a 2017 DUI charge, is not eligible for bail release.
Just after 9 p.m. officers responded to the 8800 block of Calvine where Charles E. Williams, 28, of Elk Grove, was suspected of shoplifting, When officers contacted Williams, he allegedly resisted arrested before being detained.
A record check revealed Williams was on probation. Williams is being held for shoplifting and probation violation and will be arranged on Friday, November 9.
