After several days of near continuous rain in Northern California, one of Elk Grove's main drainage creek's is near capacity.
This video was recorded between 9:30 and 10 a.m on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. The locations recorded were Elk Grove-Florin Road, just south of Bond Road, and West Stockton Blvd. between the East Lawn Cemetery and Creekside Christian Church.
