Late night robbers hit Elk Grove gas station

Two unarmed suspects staged a late-night robbery of an Elk Grove gas station.

Just before midnight on Sunday, March 17 two robbers entered the Chevron gas station and convenience store on the corner of West Taron Drive and Elk Grove Boulevard in the city's Stonelake neighborhood and demanded money from employees. Even though the suspects were not armed, employees complied with the demands and turned over cash in the register.

The suspects fled the store on foot in a northeast direction. The suspects were described as Hispanic males ages 20 to 30.
