Four probationers, suspects with outstanding warrants arrested by Elk Grove Police

Is a spate of activity, Elk Grove Police took several suspects, all Elk Grove residents, into custody on Monday, September 23.

Among those taken into custody were the following:

Edward Ramirez, 33, was arrested for violating a protective order and probation violation, possession of methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia.

Darrell Alonzo Clark, 30, was contacted during a service call and officers learned he had an active arrest warrant. 

Thomas Santos, 30, of Elk Grove was contacted at his residence on the 8200 block of Oakbriar Circle during a probation compliance check of another individual residing at the residence. Santos refused to open the door and follow commands, and as officers were attempting to detain him, he resisted. It was learned Santo was on probation as well. 

David Briggs, 46, was contacted at this residence on the 8700 block of Los Banos Way for a probation compliance check. The search led to the discovery of methamphetamine.
