Fourth arrest made in 2018 Lodi home invasion robbery, murder



Lodi Police announced that a fourth suspect has been taken into custody for a November 2018 home invasion murder incident.

The suspect, who is now 18 years old was arrested on Tuesday, December 17 for his involvement in the November 4, 2018 murder of 26-year old Nickolaus Martinez. The murder occurred during a home invasion robbery on the 400 block of Louie Avenue where three armed suspects entered the residence and shot Martinez.  

Since the suspect was 16 years old at the time the crime was committed he was booked into Juvenile Hall. The suspect was booked for murder, robbery, conspiracy and using a firearm during the commission of a felony. This is the fourth arrest of suspects, all minors, that Lodi Police has made in connection with this homicide investigation.
