Suspicious activity near mail boxes leads to arrest of suspect with outstanding warrant, stolen credit cards in Elk Grove



After seeing late-night suspicious activity near a mailbox, Elk Grove Police took two suspects into custody.

Just after midnight on Friday, January 31 two suspects were observed near mailboxes in the Fallbrook neighborhood. Police contacted the two suspects, Dustin Le, 42, and Elizabeth Nguyen, 31.

The identification initially provided by Nguyen was false, and after police determined her correct identity, they learned she had a felony arrest warrant from Santa Clara County.  A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of burglary tools, credit cards, debit cards, and stolen mail.

Nguyen remains in custody ineligible for release and will be arraigned on Tuesday, February 4. Le is held on $55,000 bail and will be arraigned on Tuesday, February 4.
