Elk Grove man arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment of elder-dependent adult, domestic violence

An Elk Grove man is being held at the county jail after being arrested by police on several charges. 

Just before 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 6 Robert Brian Healy, 25, allegedly was in an argument with two victims and as they attempted to exit the dwelling, Healy prevented their movement. After behind pushed by Healy, the victims were able to leave and called Elk Grove Police for assistance.

Healy allegedly used a tool to break one of the victim's property. Responding police officers learned there was a restraining order against Healy. 

Healy is charged with violating a restraining order, vandalism, domestic violence, and false imprisonment of elder/dependent adult with violence or fraud. Arraignment is on Monday, August 10.
