So the proposed tax of $230M will likely be used for the "construction" of the zoo? What about zoo maintenance and landscaping needs, vet bills, feed, employee salaries and benefits, and other ancillary expenses? Does the city think zoo revenue will pay for all of that?....or should we expect additional taxes after the zoo buildout??
Two certainties remain: death and TAXES! - Caveat Emptor!
