Democratic candidates make presentations to the Elk Grove-South County Democratic club

At a gathering for the Elk Grove-South County Democratic Club, eight Sacramento, and Elk Grove area Democratic candidates discussed their respective candidacies last night. The meeting, which also served as a fundraiser, was held in Elk Grove.

Among the Democratic candidates appearing were Former Assemblymember and Insurance Commissioner, State Senate District 8 candidate Dave Jones; Sacramento City Councilmember and California Assembly candidate Eric Guerra, SMUD Director Rosanna Huber, CCSD Director and Sacramento County Board of Supervisor District 5 candidate Jaclyn Moreno, CCSD Director and Elk Grove City Council District 2 candidate Rod Brewer.

Other candidates appearing but not video recorded were CCSD candidate Ali Moua, Elk Grove City Council District 4 candidate Sergio Robles, and Elk Grove Unified School District candidate Michael Vargas. Also appearing was Sacramento County Democratic Party Chair Tracie Stafford.
