With the release of yesterday's vote tallies by the Sacramento County Voter Registration and Elections, the race between Pat Hume and Jaclyn Moreno for Sacramento County Board of Supervisors continues to be too close to call.  

With 258,266 votes counted and 145,452 uncounted countywide, Hume is leading Moreno by 1,007 votes. Hume has 51.1 percent, with 23,474 votes to Moreno's 22.467 votes for 48.9 percent.

With countywide turnout at 46 percent and 189,705 ballots mailed in District 5, there are an estimated 41,300 uncounted ballots in this race. New tallies will be released at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 18.
