Elk Grove police arrested two suspects early Wednesday morning for possession of stolen auto parts, probation violations and outstanding warrants.
At approximately 1 a.m. Wednesday morning police officers stopped the suspects vehicle for a code violation. Officers discovered that suspect Andy Huynh, 18, had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. The other suspect, Eric Chinca, 23, was on probation.
A probation search of Chinca's residence revealed several parts from a stolen vehicle that has recently been recovered. Both suspects were arrested and transported to the main jail.
