Elk Grove City Posts "Proposed Wal-Mart Fact Sheet"

In response to numerous inquiries regarding the proposed Wal Mart on Bruceville Rd. and Whitleock Pkwy., the City of Elk Grove has posted a fact sheet dated February
11. The proposed stores is expected to draw a large audience at tonights Elk Grove City Council meeting.

The document states among other things that "the approval granted in June 2008 did not include any restrictions on hours of operation for the parce where Wal-Mart is intending to locate."

The hours of operation are the main point of contention for the proposed store.
