Elk Grove Police were able to apprehend a man suspected of burglarizing a house yesterday afternoon.According to police reports, officers responded to an in-progress burglary on the 9500 block of South Coast Lane yesterday afternoon after a witness saw a man break into a neighbors garage. Responding officers located 21-year old Jesus Florez a short distance away.Florez was identified by a witness as the person responsible for the burglary. A search of the suspects backpack led to the discovery of burglary tools.Florez was arrested and taken to the county jail where he remains in custody on $50,000 bail.
